1. Introduction

This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Lusesi Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “Lusesi”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information of consumer users of this website, Vlad.chat https://vlad.chat (the “Site”), as well as associated products and services, including The Lounge group chat and the Vlad.chat provider API (together, the “Services”), and applies to personal information that we collect through the Site and our Services as well as personal information you provide to us directly. This Policy also applies to any of our other websites and Services that post this Policy. Please note that by using the Site or the Services, you accept the practices and policies described in this Policy and you consent that we will collect, use, and share your personal information as described below. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the Site or the Services.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information about you in a number of different ways:

Personal Information From Users Of The Chat Services: When you use our chat products (including the Site and The Lounge), we collect the following personal information from you:

  • User content, such as your prompts and messages, AI-generated responses, and other content you upload to the Services, including PDF files, images and text files.
  • Workspace content you choose to connect, such as pages and data from your Notion workspace when you connect it to the Services.
  • Information you provide to us, such as feedback on the product.

Personal Information From Users Of The Provider API: When you use the Vlad.chat provider API, we collect the following personal information from you:

  • API key metadata, such as the keys you create, their names, and usage volumes.
  • Requests you send through the API, including prompts and attached content.

Personal Information From Users Of Our Websites Generally: When you use our Services, including our website, we collect personal information that you provide to us, which may include the following categories of personal information depending on how you use our Services and communicate with us:

  • General identifiers, such as your email address and Google Account ID when you sign in with Google.
  • Online identifiers, such as your username and credentials for the Site, or information we automatically collect through cookies and similar technologies used on our websites. This may include your computer or mobile device’s operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, internet protocol (IP) address, unique identifier, the website you visited before browsing to our Site, and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
  • Commercial information, such as the billing details associated with your token top-up purchases, and your billing and payment history. Full payment card numbers are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe, and are not stored by us.
  • Other information you provide to us.

Personal Information We Get From Others: We may collect personal information about you from other sources, such as Google when you sign in with Google, or Notion when you connect your Notion workspace. We may add this to information we collect from this Site and through our Services.

Information We Collect Automatically: We automatically log information about you and your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices you use to access the Site and Services. For example, when visiting our Site or the Services, we may log your computer or device identification, operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to our Site or the Services, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Site or the Services. How much of this information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Site and Services.

Cookies: We may log information using “cookies.” Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site. Please note that when you use features powered by third-party AI providers, your prompts and content are processed by those providers as described in Section 4 below, and their use of that data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Professional Advisors: We may provide your personal information to our lawyers, accountants, bankers and other outside professional advisors in the course of the services they provide to us.

Corporate Restructuring: We may share some or all of your personal information in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution, transaction or proceeding involving the sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. Third Party Websites: Our Site or the Services may contain links to third party websites or services. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave our Site or the Services and go to another site and another entity may collect your personal information from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for these outside websites or their content, or any collection of your personal information after you click on links to such outside websites. 5. Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Information

You have several choices regarding the use of your personal information on the Site and our Services:

Communications: When you receive communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by contacting us directly (please see contact information below). Despite your indicated preferences, we may send you Service-related communications, including notices of any updates to our Privacy Policy or terms of service.

Your Account and Content: You may delete your conversations and your account. You may also disconnect a connected Notion workspace at any time, which revokes our access to that workspace.

6. Security Of Your Personal Information

Lusesi is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. International Users

Please note that our Site and the Services are provided by a company organized under the laws of Thailand. If you use our Site or our Services, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in Thailand, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country.

If you are located in Thailand, we process your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”). If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, which you may exercise by contacting us using the contact information below.

Our Site and the Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and you must be at least 13 years old to have our permission to use the Site or the Services. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personally identifiable information from children under 13. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.
